I am so happy! I overheard my foster mom say that I am almost perfect and that I’m one of the sweetest, most lovable dogs she has ever fostered. I’m a young senior and a couch potato who loves to cuddle. I’m small enough to lift, and I promise I don’t take up much room. I’d fit in anywhere if you want to adopt me. I have one cute eccentricity. When I want something, I stand up and wave my paws. (Hey, I need to get your attention.)
Life has not always been good to me, however. I have glaucoma and have lost my left eye due to the pain it caused. As you can imagine that was no fun, but I’m glad it’s over, and I’m doing fine except I must have eye drops put in my eye twice a day. I won’t lie. I hate that! It’s still a problem. There are pills I could take instead of drops, but they are expensive and too much to hope for. So, I need a sweet, understanding person(s) willing to give an almost-perfect dog a home. In return, I’d work on that “almost” part and try to be perfect for you. Even though I’ve been through a great deal, I remain optimistic and know my perfect person will find me.
